DESCRIPTION

ISIS are described by the United Nations as the World’s first sustainable property fund and are the only substantial socially responsible real estate investment vehicle in the UK. Following the successes of their projects at Islington Wharf in Manchester and Granary Wharf in Leeds, they are soon planning the next stages of the Warwick Bar project. K4 Architects have been retained as architects for a number of key interventions which involve bringing a number of derelict listed buildings back into use and to design a series of high impact public realm interventions which reconnect the site with the Grand Union Canal. The site is considered as one of the most significant sites of industrial archaeological interest within in the region.
